Design Disclaimer

The renderings of the Forever One Memorial shown are conceptual designs created to help share our vision for the Memorial and the Forever One Memorial Paver Program. As with any community initiative, the final design, materials, and installation timeline may be adjusted based on fundraising progress, site requirements, and construction considerations.  

By purchasing a paver, you are helping bring this vision to life. While specific design details may evolve, your contribution is a permanent and valued part of the Forever One Memorial. We cannot guarantee the exact location of your memorial paver.

What will never change is our mission: to create a lasting and meaningful memorial that honors and preserves the legacy of those we remember.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting the Forever One Memorial Paver Program. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Memorial Pavers

Each memorial paver is a custom-made, engraved product created specifically based on the information you provide at the time of purchase. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final.

• No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
• Proofreading Responsibility: Please carefully check all spelling, dates, and other details before submitting your order. The engraving will be produced exactly as entered, and we cannot correct errors after production.
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event your paver is damaged during production or installation, we will work with you to correct the issue. This does not apply to typos, misspellings, or incorrect information submitted by the purchaser.

Additional Terms

• Order Cancellations: Once payment is processed, orders cannot be canceled.
• Customer-Provided Information: We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer. Submissions are final.
• Payment Disputes/Chargebacks: By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons related to dissatisfaction with engraving content, errors in submitted information, or change of mind.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill installation caused by events outside of our control (including supply chain issues, weather, natural disasters, or site restrictions).
• Installation Timeline: Purchase of a paver guarantees its production and placement but does not guarantee a specific installation date. Installation schedules are determined by project management and may be adjusted as necessary.
